Job Description

MBBS with Post graduate qualification in clinical microbiology (2 years; full time) from HEC Recognized University. Candidates with PhD in microbiology and/or publications in peer reviewed journals as first author will be preferred. At least 10 years' experience in a high volume Laboratory (preferably ISO 15189 certified) with minimum 03 Years’ experience in Mycobacteriology. Good knowledge of WHO recommended strategies for diagnosis of TB and drug resistance and molecular technologies used for drug resistance. Experience in designing and implementation of research projects, surveillance of drug resistance and use of digital technologies. Excellent project management, planning and analytical skills. Good command in English language, grant proposal and report writing with good communication and presentation skills, Max Age 50 years.
